P3 Industrial – Permanent Concrete Protection
P3 Industrial is a spray-applied, zero-VOC concrete conditioning and protection system that penetrates deep into the slab and permanently densifies the concrete matrix. Using advanced SCP colloidal silica technology, P3 Industrial enters the capillary network of concrete and reacts with free alkalis to form additional calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H). This internal reaction significantly reduces permeability while improving long-term resistance to moisture, salts, chlorides, freeze–thaw cycles, abrasion, hydrostatic pressure and de-icing chemicals.

Unlike traditional surface sealers, P3 Industrial does not form a membrane. The treated concrete remains breathable and fully compatible with epoxies, urethanes, polyaspartics, overlays, adhesives and high-performance flooring systems. Suitable for new construction or existing concrete, indoors or outdoors, horizontal or vertical surfaces, and any project requiring long-term durability.

P3 Industrial is Zero VOC, non-flammable and environmentally neutral — safe for enclosed spaces, occupied buildings, industrial environments, agricultural facilities and residential applications.

Packaging & Storage

• Shelf life: 5 years in unopened original container under proper storage conditions

General:

• Low–medium pressure sprayer

• Fan tip: 0.019–0.021 in

• Spray 6 in (15 cm) off the surface

• Apply in 50% overlapping pattern

• Remove puddles before drying

Fresh Concrete:

• Apply after final troweling (unburnished finish)

• Acceptable finishes: hand-float, broom, bull-float

• Foot traffic: ~1 hour

Existing Concrete:

• Surface must accept water (perform absorption test)

• Remove oil, grease, curing compounds, adhesives

• Wait 3 days before applying coatings or flooring

Environmental Conditions:

• Hot weather: pre-wet above 90°F (32°C)

• Cold weather: min. 35°F (1.7°C) & rising

• Rain: stop if standing water appears

Notes:

• Do NOT apply on frozen substrates

• Remove from glass, aluminum & shiny metals before drying
